It's a disgrace that such cheap worthless garbage would drop from a mob this level while goblins in Butcherblock can drop up to 9pp worth of junk.
What is the point?
Hopefully I'll be proven wrong and this will turn out to actually have a use, but I doubt it.
Shame on whomever added retarded loot like this to a mob of this level.
