Stats are very disappointing compared to some of the other drops in the Ikkinz raids. This and Mantle of Mending are in two completely different leagues.

This is a trash drop, not from a boss

Dropped for us off a trash mob in Ikky as well, but it no longer has Balance 3 on it.

Dropped for us on raid version of Ikkinz, Chambers of Destruction

Mob name was Priest of Righteousness.

Has an ability "Infuriate" which is supposedly AE ramp + riposte. Not *positive* on that though.

Infuriate is an ae rampage, anyone in melee range will be hit. Not sure on riposte... basicly.. back up at 55% and 12% and you won't die!

It dropped for us yesterday from a trash mob in the trial of Singular Might but I lost the roll against our nekro :(

Hope to see one drop again soon :)

Does anyone know yet whether this regen effect stacks with Flowing Thought or does it count as FT3?

ALL worn mana regen counts toward the cap of 15. Its worn mana regen cap, not FT cap, although some people call it that.
