Can someone please post a link of what this weapon looks like, I can't seem to find anyone who has a clue of its appearance.

Looks exactly like a spiny mace. Luclin era graphic kind of neat looking (4 sided mace with runes carved into the 4 sides).
as of the June 16th patch this item now is:

Class: WAR CLR PAL RNG SHD DRU MNK BRD ROG SHM BST
Race: ALL
Slot 1, type 4
Slot 2, type 7
so they basically added the 80 hp, mana, endurance and changed it to a REQUIRED lvl of 60 and RECOMMENDED of 63 (used to only be recommended level 65 no required)
Also, the graphics for most (not sure of all, havent seen every one equiped) of the GoD smithed weapons are Luclin weapon graphics. this has the 1H Blunt luclin graphic like the Spiny Mace that drops off the elementals in twilight sea. the patch said they upgraded all of the GoD smithed weapons so expect the rest to have HP mana and endurance and also the new rec and req levels

Okay, does it have old velious graphic? hopefully something more new and exciting...
EDIT: I guess dagger has a new graphic, let's hope these do as well.

I have this fine item and trust me the graphic is sweet.

Well, if by "they have taken their time on this one" you mean "they gave it the same graphic as the black acrylia morningstar", then I guess they did :).
Apparently its also the graphic for a spiny mace which is a vendor crap luclin item.
