Alright.. then to help you out, this drops in Ikkinz group trial 3 from the first named - Hexxt Sightsliverer. I've killed him prob 6 times total and he's dropped it about every other time. If he doesn't drop this wrist, he usually drops the Glyphed Prayer Ring.

I would honestly say that he's just about if not harder than the final guy in the trial - Flesh Hunter.

All Haste items in time are NOT 46% some are 40% see time helms.

The 40% haste items in time aren't "Haste" items. They're Timespin items. ;-)
