Ok here is Lowdown I just bought this item for 9.5kp,, average in bazaar is around 12kp,, you can only Aug one slot w/ a proc aug because Type 7 is a armor type Aug.. So you can only put a Type 4 aug for a proc..
This is a great weapon because they arn not lore so you can have 2 of em instead of all the other upper end monk weapons that are lore.

I bought 2 for 5.5k each. Main hand is backwards offhand is not. The DPS for these are incredible. Being a lvl 65 monk, i'm not looking for aggro type procs so i just auged it with str, agi, and dex stats. It think it is only a matter of time before they nerf these to Lore. Just my opinion. I'll keep these babies forever...they do rock..

Actually, there are a few dropped type 7 augs from GoD that have a proc on them: Muddy Gem of lifetapping for instance.
Upside Down in Main Hand

Incredible weapon now that they added stats, more resists and hp/mana. Not to mention the best droppable ratio in the game for H2H.

Unfortunately, these claws show up as upside down claws when equipped in the mainhand. So those fashion conscious MNK & BST beware... you will have an upside down claw if you equip this in your main hand.

Monks who want to do tradeskills have to raise WIS or INT. If every Monk, Warrior, Rogue or Berzerker items never had those stats, those classes would simply be excluded from TS.

The real question is, why complain. As far as I am concerned, they can put +INT on every item my monk uses, as long as it also has all these other stats.

Some people just like to see all of their stats maxxed, or at least 3 digits.

Yes, Monks and Beastlords DO use int, Tradeskills most often use int.

I don't know about Monks but Beastlords don't use Int, they use Wisdom. Tradeskills are based upon whichever is higher between wis and int. A beastlord's mana pool is derived from its wisdom. So unless they want a really bad mana pool, they will have a higher wisdom.

The damage/delay on these are 16/20. Just saw these for sale on RZ for 45k.

Procs go off per minute, delay does not factor into it one little bit. This will not proc more.

The benefit lies solely in putting this low delay weapon in your primary hand and getting that juicy primary hand damage bonus every hit.

go read The Steel Warrior on how procs work, delay does factor, even though the initial % to process is based per min with delay x, it has a chance to proc more with a lucky RNG.

Totally wrong. Delay , again, has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the proc rate. Read the Shaman' Crucible who have done EXTENSIVE tests (we're talking 10,000 swings and not your kiddie 10 swings you've been reading).

Delay has nothing to do with how often you proc.

Yeah, but a weapon with a 10 dly is going to proc a lot more than a weapon with 30, because it checks the proc more often.

No, it's not. Detailed tests have been done on a variety of weapons and delay does not matter. You have an average proc per minute, how often you swing does not effect this.

indeed very fast, and luckily not too much damage though the ratio makes it still quite formidable. But this is definately a good weapon for raising your skill in case it lacked, though i can't really imagine that monks and beasts would allow to drop their h2h skill.

moss covered twig was 3dam 10 delay and was removed from game because monks were nuts with it on the damage end. from what i can remember anyways
