Level to attain should probably be changed to 55 - people who can kite can get these off of the Mastruq Warfiend in Natimbi.

I have found a couple of these on mobs in Ferundi as well as chestplates. Does anyone know what they are for? Merchants only offer a few gold for them, so I figure they are for a quest of some sort. If you find out, please post here and I will do the same.
