The trivial for this shield is now 115.
This shield is already pretty bad but that you need the rare Scale Temper to make it makes it really horrible. This shield is a joke.
No Iksar (unless twinked) could afford to even buy that shield cause through Scale Temper it would cost a good 500pp (it needs the very rare Iksar Blood to make). And at the level this shield would be of any kind of use to anyone they aren't able to kill any of the few Iksar that drop the blood. Heck, kill a Decayed Skeleton and get a regular Targ Shield from it which is almost equal for free. If this shield would at least have some decen stats or some HP or Mana through the imbue - but no, only SvC+2.
This item has one of the worst price/efficieny ratios I have seen in game so far.
