Lezar by the time you are able to reach stuff like this INT isnt a stat you worry about capping:)

I know by the time you can get this stuff you int is most likely maxed, or pretty close. My point was, and guessing that I should have said it due to the 1.66 rating, is that it seems like a lot of the stats thrown on to a lot of the GoD drops were picked out of a hat. This has GREAT caster stats, awsome cloak... but why even bother putting wis on it? Thats what I really dont understand. If you know, please tell me.

The Devs attempt to "even out" stats more with high end gear. Look at Time gear, they are trying to level out your stats. You'll be maxed Int anyhow so what is the difference. If you not max, well put an Int aug on it.

How many int casters do you think are Kod'Taz flagged and not max int? I was max in back in NToV, and am way way above the cap now. On the other hand my wis is pretty low, not that I care much. For this cloak my fav "stat" on it is the agi.

Personally I'm only in the elemental planes and I have 402 worn int. Thats without augs and some crappy gear in some slots. Just a perspective.

utting wis on something for int casters only is stupid and shows a lack of thought from the devs. I don't think unbuffed int is the point here, it's the fact that wis is a stat you might as well not even have if you can wear this cloak.

And then when you fully equip yourself in int-less high end raid gear and your unbuffed int sinks under 200, what then? ;)

You may not need it, but wtf, you still need to maintain the stat.

In fact the trade off of int for even just a little bit more mana is a great thing when Crack can give you extra INT/WIS anyways...

Looking at the Stats on this looks like it more than likely drops off high end mobs, if mobs high end then caster should be too... most Casters have their int maxxed out so wisdom is something else to raise.

it a misprint for sure cause i have that cloak. They also changed the composure to +3 mana/hp reg.

Composure IS +3 mana/hp per tick. It always was. They just dumbed it down. Secondly, Wis was probably a mistake, and as the previous poster said, its probably fixed.
