Had this item drop for us in Sewers of Nihilia - Emanating Crematory.

Dropped from a A Decaying Slimesnipper.

A Grimy Turepta

I can confirm this also drops off a Grimy Turepta in sewers 2 (Crematory) in the opening room.

So it looks like a rare drop from any trash mob in sewers 2 at least.
Does this stack with epic

Would this 60% mod stack with epic weapon?

Dropped from a Acid Larvae
in the Creamatory adventure.
Note that this mob's lvl is 60 not 64-65. It only hits for like 400 or less and is in adventure 2 creamatory furnace one. It is entirely possible to 2-3 box this adv just for the drops and spend your entire time in here next to the exit. All you need to do is click on the exit if you want to leave. You dont need to complete the adventure if you dont want to. Its tonz easier than GOD Trial 1 where the mobs all hit for 1000-1100 a swipe. The dungeon repops but nothin roams by the exit so yer pretty much safe there. Just keeep killin stuff in the first room till you get the cloak from a plain old yard-trash acid larvae.
PPL have posted that this cloak drops from other mobs but I can't confirm it and jus by lookin at the name I'd tend to think it just drops from the larve mobs.
If you stick to dungeon 2 yer jus fine, no need to be able to handle lvl 65 Hard LDON's since these mobs are easier than plain old BOT mobs.
From what I see, nobody less than lvl 64 even attempts these sewers but from my experience, any grp of 62+ (same as BOT pickup grp) can handle em. For comparison purposes, BOT Brann Stav or Brann Militis are both 62 and hit harder than the entry room mobs in GOD trial 2.
The problem is that it is an out of the way place, you have to invis to get there, you have to invis to get the adv, and you have to have nerves of steel when runnin by all those mobs in Barindu and hope/pray your invis doesnt fail. If yer invis fails, don worry bout training anybody, because you prob wont make it 2 steps. They hit for 700's, root you, proc 650 dmg on hits, and swarm. Having 2-4 of Barindu mobs and their pets on you without being a controlled pull with slow is very fatal.
Thats one nice thing about being bard that I noticed. I can do an 100% guaranteed invis to my grp as long as they stay close and I go it slow as to not let the distance get too much between us.
Oh, forgot to mention, you won't see this cloak on my magelo yet because an unguilded ranger in my grp wanted it also for its extended range 4 and stats and he won the roll on it :(
My wife says I ***** about that every day and wants me to get my butt back there to get one for myself so I will quit complainin to everybody I see. hehe.

This zone is a little harder then a hard LDoN adv.
In comparison, you would need a solid 8K plus buffed tank a cleric and a secondary healer of some sort. Res of course would be Slower DPS and CC. The black golems in here are UNSLOWABLE and hit like tanks.
