anyone know if this will stack with necro's lich form?
Since this stacks with the enchanter mana regen (C1-C6), this will stack with necromancers lich form, as lich overwrites the enchanters clarity spells.
I looted this with a buddies rogue since it was gonna rot-- Love linking it to friends
Wizard epic is 25 int and 100 mana and is primary only and gives the effect of a mana free 800rune and 3 mana regen buff. Please refrain from ignorant comments such as the last 2...

This was nerfed in the last patch. Apparantly, instaclick items are just way too powerful, so SOE decided to change the cast time to 2 seconds.

Sigh, I can't believe this crap. People kill emp over and over and are overjoyed when they get this effect and now you can just farm some damn mob in GoD that is spawned by a hand-in no less and get it? There is no one left at sony with any talent for gameplay creation left...

HAHAAH Emperor SSra! This little horse Lady eats Emperor and whole SSra for breakfast. She quads up to 2800. Not mention that you will need to deal with rezerected Smith Rondo again after she dies, who will pop rigth on top of you the secodsn she dies -and he quads for 3500

i agree. Our guild can do Emperor with 24, whiel we brought 60+ for her and she wiped us
My guild has killed this guy 12 times now and got the shield 3 times. We are told that is more then any other guild on the server. So try to farm this if you want but it is really rare.

dunno about farm it, hes got 2 named adds that come with him that con red also. to spawn him you need to get the turn in pieces to drop from other named in the zone, so 2-3 groups to farm pieces and 8-10 groups to kill the weapnsmaster (and friends) then he drops 1-2 items...not really farming. go to VT if you want the effects and clickies

You can always find out from Lucy or Magelo... though I'm too lazy to search right now. Between the two of them just about every item is in the database by the time it gets posted here.

I got this last weekend. The effect stacks with everything since it is a buff, not a worn effect, which I really like since I am maxed in Flowing Thought. The graphic is quite nice too; I get several tells a day asking me to link it or to compliment me on the look. =)
Now only if Magelo would update their database with GoD items!

This is at the top of my wishlist for GoD equipment. A definate improvement over my Wand of the Cursed Souls! There will be a lot of people in my guild to roll against for this one!

This is very possibly one of, if not THE, best caster shield I have seen that is even moderately attainable by non-Time flagged people and even some that are. At this point I'm going to go cry that it's not mine, and then find out who I have to steal it from =P
