Since the "recipe" is posted here do we "need" to do the quest to receive the "recipe" or can we just throw the parts in a forge liek it says to get the item?
stripped assembly thing is droped off "A Tin Soldier" in the Plane of Innovation
No clue on where it spawns - warrior was doing the pulling :P

The Tin Soldiers spawn either side of the Factory Door. From IZ take the left path. The Factory Door is up a ramp on the right hand side.

Looking for the Stripped-out gear assembly. Not having any luck finding these.
