Pixtt Trext Rexi dropped this for me the other day. Duoed him with a druid. Druid rooted his pet and then we both finished him off. Killed the pet after he was dead.

This mob mostly wanders around the builings on the right side of the zone if you come in from Natimbi. The key identifies as "number ten manacle" or something close to that. Probably to free one of the slaves.

A similar key dropped off of one of the nocs but i didn't get any info from it.
