As of this date SOE in their all know wisdom has made combat abilities unsuable in pvp. *this ability will only work an a NPC target* Wonderful on a PvP server. No snare, no stuns on real pvp PC targets.

Oh wait a minute... I'm just a weak warrior who can only use 2h weapons w/o criticals and um hello? no berzerker frenzy at low health? Oh yeah and no plate... In PvP... Now dammit SOE fix that! In PvE zerks are a blast.. PvP they are teh suxx =(

SoE has said I'm sure at least once that their first goal is to balance for PvE, not PvP.
True, and cant argue with that priority, but in the past the practice has been to make PvP the same as PvE, and if it's unbalanced fix it later. Hence no charm/fear in PvP, and ranged weapon damage was reduced in the same way other non-melee was after a very long time of being pretty imbalanced.
They're supposedly trying to avoid nerfing by prenerfing everything and strengthening them later, instead of the other way around...

its no drop from riwwi, maybe i should ask a gm to fix it :)
got 1 from Vimidon in natimbi today. yes, it is NOT nodrop

And it is not NODROP. The copy I got was transferred to my vendor in the bazaar no problem.
