Time level, rujarkian LDON raid AKA "Prison break" or "jail break".

for future reference, all type8 augment drops come from time level raids.

Anyone with some info on this would be nice. I can only assume it would be dropped from a Time LDON raid, but I am hoping a 41% or greater haste could eventually be bought for 1492AP. Where this is from, or what type of event from would be great.

Probably is the result of a raid, considering in the item description it says:

This item is the result of a raid event

I'm speaking from speculation only but it MUST be from an LDoN raid event, probably in Rujark since that is what is listed. It's a type 8, which is only available on Time gear. Also, I think the highest haste aug available from LDoN right now is the Gravestone of Flailing Dead from Butcherblock, which is 36% and something around 1150 points. A 41% would be nice for 1492 but I just can't see SoE putting a 41% aug as purchasable from LDoN, it would be too easy.

I don't see where putting in an AUG for 1492 makes it too easy.
Even at full lvl 65 you need 30 normal adventures ( aka at least 30x(30 min in the dungeon)+10x(20 min preparing)+30x10min wait after each adv = ~19 hours .
Excluding GoD I found 34 haste items 39%-46% .
Excluding raid encounters I still had 19 haste items with 39%+ .
19 hours is, imho, the lowest possible amount going normal advs. thats always having a group, always winning and each run doing at least 3 advs in a run plus each adv running super smooth.

30 hours is probably a much better guess.

With hard advs it would only take 15 wins, but hards tend to take at least an hour, the chance to fail is high and the availability of good players isnt that high either. Anyway, I would say we'd reach the said 18 hours as well, easily, in total time.

EDIT : I wrote hours instead of 15 wins .
-----

To get to the point after all my blabbering :
In 18h I can a.) camp/farm at least 20K pp ( without counting rare drops and/or tradeskill stuff, just pure cash items ) b.) put my *** on a camp spot and wait for the item to drop.
Now judging from the above this would include a group with good friends ( i.e. I dont do hard advs with people I dont know, and normals most of the time as well ) thus making sure I get the drop.

Meaning in the end it pretty much evens out.

For 1492 a haste 41% AUG wouldnt be underpriced and it wouldnt be too easy to get, as I could get a similar item in the same time.

/ramble off

EDIT : Spelling mistakes.

I must say I agree with Avandol about the time involved and would point out that the effect is 'triggered', not 'worn' thus decreasing the overall value of the item despite the great haste %.
