Looks like when you get to the Magi runes, you need to stop using Concordance of Research, and switch to the Spell Research Kit. Admin, feel free to update the recpie

I tried this today (5/13/2017) on Cazic-Thule and this did not combine in the Concordance of Research. I am an Enchanter and I could use the book, but my rogue could not use the Concordance of Research (the combine button was grayed-out.)

Practice Runes use the class containers.
Wizards: Lexicon or Sorcerer's Lexicon
Enchanters: Tome Of Endless Enchantments or Phantasmal Tome
Necromancers: Book Of Dark Bindings or Warlock's Book Of Binding
Magicians: Elemental Grimoire or Arch Magus Grimoire
I've updated the recipe to show the correct containers.
