this is a potion, not a poison. you don't apply it using any rogue abilities. put it on your potion belt or make a hotkey or something and drink it to increase your poison resistance for a short time.

I tried to use this on a target and recieved response that I was not experienced in applying poison.
I am assuming, based upon response, it will apply to Rogues.

I just got one of these with a level fourteen rogue from doing the quests - it does list charges but cant get it to work at all - doesnt load in a slot either - dunno - broken??

Increases your resistance to poison, ie. ups your poison save. Not sure exactly how much.
Does it really work? Other people have said that the item does not trigger. In the picture, it doesn't say expendable, list charges, list an effect, or indicate that it's magic.
The above screenshot is old. The item has 1 charge and is expendable. There is no effect listed on it, but one probably isn't all that necessary.
I have no idea if it works or not, or even how effective it is, since I've never used it.
