I am not seeing the recipe as of this post... Alchemy recipe is:

Blue Vervain Bulb, Makeshift Potion Vial, Pinch of Ground Figwort(2), Sprig of Birthwort(2)

The recipe uses Ground Figwort (sold in Shar Vahl and Abysmal Sea) and a Lightstone.
