You hand in your Crown of Forbidden Rites and he Customizes it for you and hands it back to you. Only quest item needed is Crown of Forbidden Rites

The helm has no graphic with luclin models, by customizing it, it will make it look like the plate helms do with models on.
On the Other hand! Old world models are FUNNY AS HECK!!! the normal helm on a high elf female looks like the normal metal bucket on the head, BUT once you customize the helm OMG! it looks like a leather tea pot head!
