At 760 AP points I can think of quite a few things better then 30 hp.
In everquest, you can run out of mana, endurance, and lots of other stuff and survive. But, once you run out of hit points, well, you die. Regardless of what other stats you have, once you're out of hit points, you're dead. D-E-D dead. And odds are that if you're sitting naked at your bind spot, you're not contributing a whole lot to the raid/group.
For a WARRIOR, name ONE thing more important than 30 extra HP. Keep in mind that on raids, STA and STR will be buffed to max, ar at least near max. Also keep in mind its a slot 2 augment, so things like regen or attack augments won't fit the slot.
Now, what could you POSSIBLY want for a warrior, ahead of more HP.

Maybe, but this stacked with a 40 hp type 3 aug (i.e. glowing sapphire of courage) on a ldon bp = 170 hp bp, not a whole lot out there as easy to acquire.
well lets look at things this way, if ur a warrior with ac ur ******* cauz if mobs are always hitting u for max damage, ur ******* Also the ability to keep sufficient aggro is important for warriors. Also u need good avoidance, dodge and other skill mods like that, and mitagation aa's and items, also damage reduction and spell shield. Stun resist helps to for mobs with 8 or so second whirl to u hurls its pretty dam easy to loose aggro.
too bad Glowing Saphire of Courage (http://www.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=23493) is type 2.
