Why in the crap are we debating religion. Peeps want to know about the item... not your beliefs in God or lack thereof. Do you post because you like to type or to be helpfull?

Dar Khura is the ruler of the Vah Shir. They don't believe in any god, but they do deify him.

That's why they pray to him.

Actually Dar Khura is not the ruler of the Vah Shir King Raja is. Dar Khura is the term that Vah Shir use for shaman each class has a specific Vah Shir name. Thus it is prayer of Dar Khura not prayer to Dar Khura.

Every Vah Shir class is named after a great Vah Shir of that class in their lore. For instance, Khati Sha was the first Vah Shir to discover the ways of the Beastlord, and Dar Khura was a great shaman in Vah Shir history. The same goes with the rest of the classes: Taruun (rogue), Jharin (bard), and Khala Dun (warrior). When a Vah Shir shaman prays to Dar Khura, he is praying to the spirit of the great shaman, Dar Khura. There aren't any gods involved.

Effect: Prayer of Dar Khura

not to....not for....of. as in the prayer Dar Khura prayed himself initially.

Who is this Dar khura the shaman are praying to? I thought all Vah Shir were agnostic.
RE: prayer?

Agnostic = Beleives in the existence of a higher power/being, but no description of what it is.

Atheist = beleives man created god and beleives in no higher power than man.

Well, technically....

a = not
gnostic = knowledge

agnostic = doesn't know.

Yeah. It's not that an agonstic believes in God but can't describe him, it's that an agnostic has no concrete opinion as to whether God exists or not.
RE: prayer?
# Sep 20 2004 at 10:20 AM Rating: Decent real life I believe in Life,not Gods. I think this would be classified as Agnostic. If a God does exist,I will know when I die. I'm not going to worry about it while I'm alive. I live my life as peacefully as possible,w/o intentionally causing problems or pain to others,unless they truly deserve it(I.E. Bullies,Satanists,etc...). I don't tolerate cowards who prey on the weak. I guess I'd be a Paladin in real life,which is why I love playing Paladins more than any other class. :-)
