Ok bro the only problem with the incarnadine sword is the DoT proc. Dots are higher level are generaly not used when on a weapon because of the problems with mez. If it procs and you need to switch mobs, then the DoT will keep breaking the mez and tick off the chanter and more than likely endanger the party. I switched out all my DoT weapons for that reason. I would definately take this over the other blade you metnioned :)

this is odd item... but theres also a Zealots incarandine sword 27 35 150 DoT/ Life tap dropable (soul bind proc) it is sk and war usable andlooks like noc blade.. dont really know if that would b better than this for holding taunt, its a DoT life tap tho and if it continually proced it is a like a fungi lol
DDs are generally better since they don't have stacking issues, but it depends on the DoT.

It is a 120 poison based direct damage spell that is rarely resisted.
