On the great Firiona server I have been spending many days in the market earning my small fortune, I am of the 20th level but plan to go out leveling quickly once I get myself a good deal of equipment, does anyone know what level it can be cast?

I got one last night. We did this with a 65 warrior, 65 chanter, 65 cleric, 65 mage, 63 druid, 62 necro, and another 59 cleric assist healing (it was her epic)
The lava hurt us the most, ran the cleric near OOM because the fire based casters and druid (myself) were in aggro range most of the time and couldn't land nukes. (if we stood out, we could've cut out the need for the druid or other cleric...1 groupable)
Dispels were horrible and another problem of being within cast range. 3 junk buffs were eaten quickly, and by the end of the battle we had 0 buffs on any character that was within cast range. Every 15 seconds or so it seems like he dispels.
I use this bracer on my warrior, although it is a 51 damage bolt which means you need to have direct line of sight for it to hit (in my experience this is the case.) The cast time is 4.0 seconds.

I got one of these the other night on a cleric epic raid for my guild leader. I was pretty much the only person that wanted to roll on it. I was 45 at the time. And it is a great pulling bracer. The 8 dex is nice, but the effect is much nicer. It's a 4.0 second cast, and does 51 DD to those mobs that don't have high fire resistance. BUT if the mob is 100% FR, it still pisses em off plenty. :o) Happy hunting!

I won this when we went after Cleric epic for Guildmate. Yup, great for pulling, gets the agro. Plus, it is Neon Red, really cool looking.

Anyone know what the cast time is on this bracer? I know the deepwater bracers have a cast time of 2x the spell (10 seconds). Anyone anyone?

4 sec cast time on these things, good for pulling u can get a few off for some extra agro.
btw, DW bracers cast time is 7 seconds, regular stun is somewhere around 2. i know its unrelated, just sayin.

either 4.0 or 4.5 seconds, can't remember which.
Nice item for a melee class. Lots of stuff you can pull with it you can't pull with a bow. It has a HUGE range but like a bow it is line of sight. Still prefer a ranged item like a bow most of the time just because it's instant.

It means all races would be able to wear this bracer if they are said class said under
Class: Even though its all races, it doesnt mean all classes. So some races cannot use it, even if it says they can, for that are not a usable class.
Race: ALL, for instance, i believe everyone can wear leather? not sure, but lets say a specific class cant wear it. So, that race could wear leather, if they weren't that particular class that cant use it?
See where i'm going? I hope so, cuz im too tired to write more *smiles*

Chanters, Mages, Wizards, and Necros can't wear normal leather, btw. You're probably looking for cloth.

Race: ALL would suggest so, but the classes would suggest otherwise. Unless this is a pre RoK screenshot (I don't think it is, it looks too new), it's be a pretty safe bet that they can.
well this cant be pre rok because zord is a rok mob because he is spawned by cleric epic turn in and epics came out in rok.

51DD for pulling unlimited. Lots of oohs and ahhhs. Probably wont ever unequip unless I'm in need of resist gear or on big raid.Depending on loot procedures of the raid to get this if the CoF drops maybe 2 people will be in random for this item.

Wow I want this for my warrior. Even though it only does around 50's damage it would be great for pulling. And it would be nice to shoot fire out of my arm.
