Ruins of KunarkLooted one of these with my lvl 22 warrior, cannot activate. Anyone have an idea of the LVL min for casting this proc?
Someone gave a guess that it was lvl 46, would like a confirmation/correction.

Level 45 is proc level I am 99% sure. If not 45 then it is 46.

51pt AoE, with a slow casting time as most item-spells have. Erf. Great for those times you pull a spiderling train. At the very least, you can look like pumpkinhead with the shiny orange helmet. =)
This would probably be a decent bard item, with the CHA, but kind of sucks compared to SK planar (for stats/ac) and froggie crown (for resists).
