It's a very nice ring for hybrids, with a good mix of important stats for them. People get a bit jaded now that there are so many incredible items available via PoP, but LDoN is great for getting some nice items without having to raid or farm for plat to afford them.
This item seems to be rather nice considering that it's in such an easy-to-get-to place. It makes for a very nice item for those that have yet to make it to the more powerful planes.
What attracts me to this ring more than anything else is the AC. That, plus the bonus to Int, Wis, HP and Mana make this a great item for anyone that uses mana.
On that note, I would not recommend this for a monk for the obvious weight factor. Quite heavy for a ring at 0.5!
