Getting one is going to be hard...not many guilds nowadays will bother with keying up their guild with ST keys. And it requires drops from all over ST. The quest mob you need to talk to for the crown is Ulessa Bladesoul. She gives you a 10 slot pack and you fill it with various items from around ST. I guess I'll send the quest info to Allakhazam as my guildleader who wrote a spoiler for it has not. There's also some arms with the same effect available if you turn the spiritual pack into an alternate mob named Paldar Bladesoul.

casting time:instant - is this clicky from inventory? or is this one of those stealth (must equip) items soe left for us to discover after putting forth the effort. =D
