Confirmed on 3/13/2017 that this aug CAN(Does?) come from Valdoon's gilded coffin which is one of the chests at the end of "Struggles Within the Progeny". Whether it can also come from Scion of Fury I can't comment on (as of yet).

Can someone confirm where this drops? I have heard it only drops from Valdoon, but it says differently here. Also, Any idea the drop rate on this? We have done Valdoon three times now and haven't seen one drop. Which is why I'd like to get a confirmation on the drop.

This dropped from the Valdoon Kel'Novar raid hard setting as well.

OMG 30 exta ac holy cow its a shame us common folk cant get it and only time enabled peps will heheh like they really need it

I know of plenty of folks that are Time enabled but dont have "uber elite" gear just yet, shoot, some of em still wear kunark & velious items, it takes time to get all elemental geared & dont even get me started on Quarm loot, lets just say it takes time to get the Time gear, just one of those things ya know. AC is always welcome in my neck of the woods, not that this particular aug does my weak chanter **** much good, but hey, if it means taking less damage per hit, you think I'm gonna complain? lol
besides, doing a Hard Raid in MM is a rather intense encounter, trust me, been there many times, great guild w/awesome folks, not every raid goes "hickup" free ya know ;) From time to time we hit a speedbump and all that jazz, and so do the guilds "above" us, part of life & all that.
