Procs cannot land at the same time. Whenever you hit a mob you have a chnace to proc..., this is how it checks it.

Hit
check proc
1) fail
2) Success

Hit
check proc
1) success
Hit

etc...

it wont check for proc number 2 if number 1 hits...

Not true. if a weapon has two procs, they will proc at the same time.

Half true. If a weapon has two procs, they *can* proc on the same swing, not "will." An excellent example of this is a Ranger with Call of Sky up and any weapon that procs (in my case, Venemous Axe of the Velium Brood). It may be different for augmentations, but I've had the axe and the buff proc on the same swing more than once.

Also note that you can proc on a MISSED SWING. Don't ask me how. You just can.

procs

if you put this on a wind-worn handblade which has its own proc would the 2 procs stack? how does that work or is it even possible? would you get twice the chance to proc or would both procs hit at the same time?

If you have 2 procs on a weapon, they each have their own chance to hit. Meaning that they can land back to back.

Rangers get self-procs, such as Call of Fire, which stack with weapon procs. With my copper hammer of striking and call of flame, I very often get consecutive procs, especially if I have a dex buff.

Rangers must be pretty special, then. My paladin proc spells don't combine with weapon procs. I have NEVER had two procs land back-to-back ON THE SAME SWING. In fact, there's no increase to the frequency of a "proc," in general. It just randoms which proc is cast.

Umm dude, I have a Hammer of Silent Screams with a 180 proc, a 50dd proc aug I bought, and a 65dd Proc with zero sec stun (Divine Might)/ or 243 Undead Proc (Nife) and I have had ALL 3 PROC at the same time. Normally it is only 2, but I have seen all 3 procs, and once I had all 3 proc back to back, meaning it did 50dd, 65dd, and a 180 heal to me x2. And I am a 50 Pally about to ding 51 on Rath Server. If you wanna join me to see, my toon's name is HodgePodge DaAggroKing( surname came as a result of the stun line and this weapon). Talk at ya later.

I suppose that it might be possible to log 130+ days on a paladin alone and never once have this "common" occurrence...actually occur.

Let's pause for a moment to contemplate the probability, shall we?

How many hours is that? X How many engagements per hour? X How many swings per engagement?

That's a heck of a lot of swings, and as I actually examine and track my battle spam, we'll assume that I haven't missed any occurrences of this "it usually procs two at a time" thing.

Check your scroll back, dear. You're missing a swing in there.

This augment could not be added to the Wind-Worn Handblade as the augment type slots are not the same. However the answer is yes you can have 2 procs on a weapon. I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that each proc has a chance to land so you might have one proc and not the other or both proc together.
