this belt is a great addiction to a Nerco Defence/hp also the 3 aug slots are very nice for sone int . and saves Augs .....
As a magician, the AC/STA would compel me to pass on rolling for a drop like this in deference to the melee/int hybrids.

I can see this item being very appealing to my baby bard and maybe a few bards around Norrath. As a bard I'm always on the look out for more Int and therefore more mana, so combine that with lots of stamina, also extremely important for bard and 3 aug slots makes this belt very nice.
