I am basically wanting to get the sugar for the palatable manas, so all I want to do is get the parts for it ... seems I will have to do part of the Quest in order to obtaiin it, lol:

You receive Sea-Foam Sugar. Now you need to obtain the History of the Di`zok from Loremaster Piza`tak in Chardok. Give the book to Jeyular.
