What mob does it drop off of?
Miragul's Menagerie is an LDON zone. All loot in LDON zones can drop off any named mob. However, it will only drop in Instances where the level of the group is appropriate. In this case, with a recommended level of 35, Probably in instances where the group average was between 30 and 40.

My sk is really more of a 1hs girl.. utilizing the Noctivigant Bladeand a Acrylia Inlaid Shieldfor stats and bashing.. but I have wanted to get her a 2hs for practice for awhile.. and I wanted a Scythe! 
Well after much searching I discovered most scythes were not worth having. Then I came across this nice lil number.. usually goes for 750-1k on Torv.. I did not care to spend that much on what is essentially a practice blade.. then today I spotted one for 250pp! 
Needless to say I scooped it right up.. the stats are nice for the price.. and what SK doesn't love the idea of a scythe? I will keep my 1hs for main.. but working on 2hs will be more interesting

The true beauty is you can just run around with this weapon in your hands while doing misc. crap, and switch to a real one when the action starts.
BTW just a thought, toss the 1h until you come across casters that need interupting and always use 2 hand, your DPS will go up 3 fold.

Great minds must think alike =) I'm a lv 39 SK on Torvi and i am also rockin a noc blade and inlaid shield. but if you are look for a 2hs weapon to practice with you should try something with better dly, so you can get your skill up faster. 47 is kindof high

true, eventually I probubly will.. atm though this was cheap, has nice stats.. is a scythe.. and well. it was cheap LOL.. the delay isnt that bad though for the damage it does, and it saves abit on riposte.

Looks pretty good, i wouldnt mind havin it, i could take Shroud of Hate off my spell list and make room for somthing else.....
