This drops from an ancient construct aswell, I just looted it from one.

This also dropped from the gargoyle guardians that surround A Guardian of the Seal.
As far as we could tell from reading last night (in 10 minutes before it rotted) it is part of a multi award quest that should be looted by someone with high research abilities.
The Guardian of the Seal coincidently dropped the research tome.

As far as we could tell from reading last night (in 10 minutes before it rotted) it is part of a multi award quest that should be looted by someone with high research abilities.
