Tinyd is correct this was an extreemly rare drop by a rare named in PoS the named looked like a regular hill giant and no longer pops, my guess is now if its been readded that its possible this item drops off of a lord now.

Methinks that is about the weirdest selection of usable classes I've seen, I see Sk and pure users, I'm thinking ok, int item, maybe shuold have bard, but makes sense, but oh no wizzie, thats odd, and then Bst???? WTF is Bst doing on there, and Shm, if Bst and Shm then why not Rng and Dru, I just don't get it
Summoning Efficency IV - that list is the pet classes. Adding 5 wis would only make it slightly more appealing to shm and bsts.
Ok druids can summon a bear, but lets be fair its used as a joke more than anything else.

this is useful for Pet Canni... not as a joke ... too bad it no longer drops.

This is true ~ Wizards get a spell called Flaming sword of Xizl ... This spell summons a pet sword like the cleric hammer that lasts the duration of the targets life then dissapears. My friend is a 65 wizard and I was playing a 63 Druid - His sword beat the crap out of my druid bear and the sword only has 100hp.

This was in game before LDoN. Rumor is that it doesn't drop anymore or is extremely rare drop from one of the Forrest Giant Lords in PoS

I would say this cloak from the Takis LDoN dugeon. Cause it has elements in the name and the Takish dugeon has a lot of summoned creatures.
What zone and what mob drops this cloak? Would be very useful for my magician.
