The regen stacks on worn items up to 15, and attack stacks on worn items up to a 250 hard cap

Ok, I have read several posts concerning various stacking issues. Here is another one I think is new. I already have an item with aura of courage on it. If I purchase this aug and put it on a different item, will the aug work with the other aura of courage, or will only one take hold. Basically, will I get plus 2 on regen and 20 to atk, or will the cancel each other and I only receive the benefit from one, as if they were both say, 20% haste items. thanks.
