It's 2024 now - looking for this aug. These merchants don't seem to have it.
Yes, I confirmed it is still on those npc on Tunare server.

This item is listed as wrist-augmentable. That is incorrect. It should be _waist_...much to my chagrin after I bought a nice malevolant bracer and had dreams of a 31% haste bracer in my eyes... =)

Anyone know if these AUGs will stack with an item that has haste built in? Of course I already know 2 haste items worn don't stack - but I'm wondering if you AUG a haste item - will it stack? Let's say - I AUG my Bst Epic with this - will I get my 41% +31 AUG =72% Nahh... That would be too darn nice!

Ok this one is very simple. Notice that this augment takes a TYPE 3 slot?
Now, go look at your epic. It has a type 4 slot. This WILL NOT FIT. There is not a single haste item in the game, with a type 3 slot, therefore it doesn't matter if it would stack, because it can't be added to the item.
The only items with type 3 slots, are adventure merchant stuff, and none of that has built in haste.

Well the might be some coming look on lucy.allakhazam.com at: Runed helm of strategy(still in testing), Geomancer's Crown of Reformation( and not sure but it dose not say this one is still in testing.
Look carefully at both of those entries. they BOTH say they are augments, not armor pieces. HOWEVER they both have augment SLOTS.
I have never seen an augment, with augment slots. Those items don't even make sense to me.
More likely, those are just some of the joke items that sony puts in the database to confuse parsers. Have you ever seen some of the spells that are in the database?

Maybe you are wrong.
type 3 < type 4 so it will fit in any augmentation slot type 3 upward.

Try it, it will not fit.
Type 3 does not fit in a type 4 slot, or a type 5 slot, or a type 6 slot, or a type 7 slot, or a type 8 slot.
Nor does it fit in any LOWER numbered slots.
A type 3 augment fits in a type THREE slot, PERIOD, nothing else.

Just something ive noticed each and every haste item says Haste 31% or whatever its value is, then next to it it says and I quote " Increase Attack Speed by 2% (L1) to 50% (L49)" does this mean basically all haste items are now 50% at lvl 49 ?
The only difference I can see is the higher the hast % the lower lvl that is required for the effect. For example this item can be used at lvl 30

Posted: Oct 28 2003 at 9:27 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I believe that the effect on this aug, would, in my opinion , imply that the FASTER you are moving, ie, running speed, the FASTER your attack, therefore ensuring a sort of driveby shooting type effect???
All items with effect: haste increase your attack speed only..
<Insert question here> Anyone know?

Well, the 30 point aug is 13%, 100 point aug is 21%, and the 1150 aug is 36%. I'm guessing this would be somewhere around 26%.
Magelo list it as 31%
