Don't give up your Cobalt simply because these have more "stats".
5 AC and a 30HP Buff are much more valuable to a warrior than 9 str and 5 dex. Both of those stats are almost trivial.

It's almost six of one, a half dozen of the other. The STR will help you deal out more damage, and the DEX buff will increase your chances of landing critical hits. I guess you can argue until the cows come home about what's better: being able to absorb more damage, or being able to deal out more damage.
