Got it from Ironfang Slayer today.

It was a normal by the way.
Think we had a level range of 70s mostly.

I got one

I got this in a hard adventure. I love the fact that it gives you an extra 5hp per tick. This belt is well worth it for that.

someone in my guild said they got one from the casino and linked it to us... from the shaman turn in person she said. /shrug

Just wondering, looking at it I would say it HAS to be either Hard setting or Raid...anyone know?

I will say this: I have done many normal, and quite a few hards. I have not normally seen items drop on normal, that have more than 40hp/40mana. Even MORE unlikely, would be an item dropping NON RAID, and NORMAL diff, with an effect. There, see how you post an opinion, without actually stating it as fact?

untrue, there are quite a few items that drop in hard settings that is tradeable.

You cannot tell if something came from a raid just because it is nodrop. The single group adventures yield nodrop equipment on the hard setting, though I haven't seen any nodrop equipment on normal.

I, also, have seen a few items from hard ldon adventures that were no drop.

This is from a hard adventure. The loot from the raids (even the easist ones) are way better then this.

The admittedly few items I've seen from raid encounters have been required level 65, not recommended. Maybe that's the telltale sign we should be looking for.
