NO RO LDoN normal level 65. our group got 6 of these in one instance. sold 5 at camp vendor saved this to look up. Vendor (Sateal Deirosap in the bazaar) offered 11 plat 4 gold 2 silver 9 copper to level one monk with 146 Cha and no faction.... 11 plat is a vendor offer I get for several items that are for some quest I forget at the moment.... May be some connection but the quest is preLDoN...Kunark I think....

I picked one up out of a chest in a hard lvl avg 58 MMC adventure. I have never seen one before. If its vendor trash it must be pretty rare or was pulled from higher level loot tables that I normally cannot get.
