Had these drop last night on our first attempt at a hard mission ( success ). All 65's group and none of this have EP access. Group was 65 SK 65 Pally 65 Bard 65 Bst 65 Chanter 65 Cleric
The summoned rock monster thingies can still be charmed even on a hard mission and really make a difference on the DPS. I was Tanking ( 65 SK ) and trash mobs were hitting 891 max, mini named hit for 1020 max and the end boss hit for 1241 max. We had 1 wipe and 1 near wipe. Completed mission with only a few minutes to spare and we all got 105 adventure points. I would say having a bard as a puller CC and mana battery is much prefered choice for a non EP group as your gonna need that mana !
Dropped off a Hard Adventure from a named. The mobs hit for 1100 on the non warrior, 700-900 on the warrior. Mobs where NOT pacifiable, so had to resort to Necromancer splitting, with the enchanter assisting by mezzing - due to time, we where happy when we got it down to 2 in the pull (rather than the 4-5 in a room). The mobs where partially slowable after debuff by Enchanter. They hit moderatly fast (tho no faster than the normal level Tak mobs) so slow is very noticable.
The named did not noticably hit harder, but he did hit faster and took longer to slow. However, he was no more of a challenge than the normals, because i was using Defensive. All in all, a nice reward for the effort vrs risk.
Warning, they don't kid around when saying HARD - With a slaughter adventure, we killed 18 mobs in the 1.5 hours, additional 4 in 30 minutes overtime, including the named, with a group of 5 65s, and a 62 wizard. Mana regen included VoQ, FT 5 avarage.
