there are worth 28497 tribute, i have made myself an 80 ranger with all life sap weapons and augs PLed him 1000 AAs and use him for getting peeps LDoN Points only, and these drop 100% of the time, i now have 210,000 banked personal favor and have about 100,000 added to my guilds tribute cause of this one item!

Saw these at the Bazaar for 35k to 50k, not bad boots.

as a shammy i find added charisma seems to help reduce the resists on my slow and root spells.nice boots no matter what ye say.

Charisma has nothing to do with resists on Slow or Root.

Slot type is 7 not 1 as listed above, also has Endurance +80.

Seen these in bazaar for 60k. thought about it for 20 min. then said to my self wth... put em on and instant hp bonus not to mention the mana !
ac was much better then dark assassins boots from umbral plains.. tuff to get nice ac wis sta hp mana boots for rangers !

Try selling your loot with 60 charisma for a while and see if you like it.
(and yes I have 2 opal steins and a charisma buff but I still would not mind another 10 charisma).

To me this is a 24 ac +8 sta, +90 hp, +12 vs cold item, that is level 65 recommended, which is good w/o the recommended level of 65, but I hope to have better than that by the time I reach 65. Becasue it has wisdom and mana it will cost twice what it would if it did not have wis and mana, this makes it a waste of money for me a rogue. There are only one or two items I have seen so far from LDoN that have not been ruined for rogues by dilution with non essential stats. This is especailly true of items bought by adventure points. How hard would it have been to have one class only items with stats best for that class. They are nodrop bought from trader items, only that class would buy.

I think the main point was that these boots will cost more because of the extra, non required stats (i.e. the charisma). I agree that there should be more items geared specifically for single classes. Charisma is not required for a majority of the time in EQ and it does seem like that particular stat could have been different, probably Dex from my point of view. Either way these are very nice boots.

you misunderstand augments, they DO work outside LDON zones
Most of the rogues in my guild would kill for these boots and i am in a ubber guild.
i whole heartedly agree... uber guild rogues would have these http://allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=19056 ... or they like to trade for this http://allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=18247 if they don't have one from raids...
These are damn nice boots period. Not everyone, not even alot of players, will be raiding elemental planes or if they do there is no guarentee they will get boots better than this to even drop.
And who cares if they have charisma. Sheesh people will complain about anything and everything. (Directed at the original post btw)

It could be just me but i think the cha is just icing on the cake. ~
Your all wrong... Rangers need charisma at high end for Harmony(checked by charisma)pulling and pathers that happen to come by your group. In HoH i cant begin to tell u how many times ive saved a group from a wipe with the low lvl spell harmony when guards come by. but im a halfling and my cha starts at 50 and mobs have an easy time resisting it!

You haven't saved anyone in HoH w/ Harmony. Harmony of Nature maybe, but not Harmony.

I guess everyone knew what spell he was refering to but you. C'mon now, does he really have to state the entire spell name. I sometimes refer to harmony as paci just for the simple fact they do the same thing.
