Ok, picked this one up yesterday. Great look with Luclin installed (very rich red). I picked it up thinking/hoping that the effect would be permanant. It is NOT. It's a right click effect that takes 1 sec longer than the spell itself. The AC is nice, but I dont know if this right click BS is gonna cut it, that coupled with no stats... makes me wanna switch helm's.
What makes this good is you don't have to dedicate a spell-slot to deadeye. On PvP servers, I'm sure this item is in high demand, as you don't have to demem a valuable spell to recast deadeye on youself.

I dont care if you have one but all water effects and see invis effects on kunark armor is permanent...singing steel gloves is an example
Not all EB and Sight effects on Kunark armor is permanent. This is an example of one that isn't.
This is NOT perminant, I have one... For perminant deadeye, get attrementuous shield (if you can kill Lord Rak'Asshir in CoM.

I have bracers of the hidden, found only in kunark, and they are NOT permanent invis.. i love being able to cast see invis on myself and others, but to see invis, i must cast it, therefore, its NOT permanent. Go out and buy a few of these items of armor before you say things you have no clue about. =P

How am I so sure? Because I HAVE IT. You don't need deadeye, just camp in CoM and get an Atramentus shield. Perm effect DEADEYE... before one of you bone heads asks.... YES when the shield is equiped you see ALL invised.

its not actually random...dunno why the text says that. its a constant effect of just wearing it

lol, its a right click effect, all of the Kunark class armors are right click

Not all Kunark class armors are right clickable. For instance, singing steel gauntlets have enduring breath as a permanent self only effect, not a triggered effect.
