No, it does not have a graphic. It is for the face slot; no masks have a graphic when worn.
The recommended level of 65 for this item is a bit much if you ask me. Granted, not everyone at 65 has a face item with stats like this, but its not all that great for your normal everyday raid guilded level 65. Level 60 would have been better.

Although the stats are not phenomenal, the augments on this make it quite worthwhile. Putting a FT2 augment on this with some resist augments and some more wisdom would be quite nice for a shaman like me. I'm not in an elemental guild, so this is the way I have to earn my uber gear. The stamina is nice as well. Plus, for chanters, couldn't hurt to have cha like that.

ft2 is type 7 this can't use type 7
Wrong. There's a FT2 aug that's type 3 in Miragul's. It's 1150 points. I have this mask, and I really really like it.
