Keep in mind it has a type 2 aug slot. Most people are used to looking at aug slots when evaluationg an item.
Everything has a Type 1 slot so I'll ignore that when comparing this to, say, a Book of Obulus or something. However, the Type 2 slot is not present on a Book of Obulus, and lets you add up to 6 more wis, or who knows what (I'm not familiar with Type 2 augs, but +wis augs are type 1 and fit any slot.)
So it doesn't suck THAT bad...not anything to write home about, but remember to include aug slots when deciding how good or bad an LDON item is.
I HOPE this is used for a quest, because if it is not, it is a worthless piece of junk. Look at the stats, slot, recommended level and NO DROP status. Then look at how much it costs in adventure points and how many points you receive per successful adventure at the recommended level.
If it's not for a quest, all I can say is, WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU SMOKING SOE?
Don't kid yourselves. Adventure points are less liquid than other assets in the game, but there will inevitably be such an inflation rate of adventure points that it won't seem like such a big deal. Mark my words. Mark 'em! ;)
