Somewhere on FV is a 3rd level bard who is probably very happy :) We got this in an adventure tonight and, since our bard did not want it, I passed it on to the first young bard I encountered. Quite a lucky lass, it seems.

FWIW, dropped off a named on a hard adventure, average level mid 30s

Unfortunately, did not take a screen shot, but this item does now list the actual bonus to Wind Instruments.

And the nice thing about this flute it can be dual wielded.

If you are feeling lazy , stick this in your main hand , stick battle drummers main-gaughe in your secondary and you don't need to swap instruments for charm kiting.

Currently at 64 when I do still swarm, I love this flute. Outdoors selo's can get a little fast with drum, I equip the bloodstained flute when charming and renewing selos, switching back to the drum when chanting down only.

2.2 mod is decent and don't underestimate the value of addl ac/charisma!

Since we bards like modifiers and not percentages, I believe 120% equates to a mod of 2.2.

(120% = 1.2 + base mod of 1.0 = 2.2)
