For a complete list of Augmentations, you may wish to check out http://loophole.morpheus.net/eq/ldon_list_augs.html. It lists more than just the Haste Augs, which are in order as follows:
Only items purchased with AP at Advernture camps can have a type 3 slot. So you will need to buy a head or waist slot item from a camp to put this augment to use.
All fine and good that we know the Haste % on this item now, however does it stack with a haste item? ie: Cloak of Crystaline Waters (36% haste) and a Breastplate that takes a type 3 Augment (13%) from this. Will I now have 49% haste? I know in the past Haste items do not stack, but Augments are a whole new animal. If they do stack, this is gonna be some SICK haste available to the population!
It is my understanding that no, unfortunantly as it may be Augment haste items will not stack with regular haste items though there seems to be some argument on wether or not putting an augment with haste on an item that already has haste will add the 2 together. But for sure an certain for example. Putting this on my wrist slot item will not stack with my Ragebringer.... 2 bad also 53% haste would be pretty darn kick ********
If you can prove the adding an augment to an already haste item does or doesn't add them together please post your findings.. I'm sure we are all dying to know.
I have a feeling that Sony isnt going to be putting type 3 slot augments onto Any of the Haste items currently out there. I am pretty sure they will see this as overpowering, thus not allowing the combining of a haste augment on a haste item.
I don't think that it would be overpowering. As is there is a standing hastecap (if I am not mistaken of around 80something %) and a bit higher on those lvl 60+. So even if we had a haste item like the sky belt of 40% haste and anyana's quickening for 63% haste (I think). that would in theory give you 103% haste. When in fact that number is caped. So weather or not you have a 40% or 53% haste item is irelevent since you would be reacing the cap regardless. I could be wrong.
