I would not spend 340 points to get this on my shaman. It's just not worth it on a shaman IMO.
It's now slot types 1, 1, and 7

Why would a Cleric, druid, or shaman want to wear this? I'd buy it cause it has 2 killer stats that I need, Stamina and intelligence, and 3 type 1 slots that are great for +6 Cha Augments.

Easy, as a shaman AC and Stamina are just as important as Wisdom. AC20 belts are VERY nice. Plus the 45 HPs I would get from the stamina doesnt hurt either.

And of course, it's REALLY hard to get good wis items...
