This would be very useful for rogues to get more dps out of off hand like defnders lightblade 22/34 to 24/34, or for a pally using one of many 2handed weapon.

I beleive it is 30 dly and higher--if it was 30 dly and lower, it would say Max dly of 30 me thinks
