would like to know what drops the dirty runic spell scroll that is used to make this spell. heard cook in mesa does but cannot confirm or deny this info. would be nice to know if anything else drops it too.

I've confirmed both Dromrek Cook and a Dromrek shaman do drop the Dirty Runic Spell Scroll. They can drop the other types as well (Grimy Spell Scroll, Grubby Crude Spell Scroll, Shabby Fine Spell Scroll and Shabby Rough Spell Scroll) so it might take a bit of farming before you end up with a Dirty Runic Spell Scroll.
I was able to pull Dromrek Cook around the corner to the right of him there is a pathway with no roamers and was able to fight there with no adds. So far none of the Dromrek have been immune to pacify so that is a good way to go if the non-named have wandered close to him. His spawn time is around 15 minutes.

My Shammy uses this as primary DoT.
Since it is curse based, it is hard to resist. This spell will land in the Elemental Planes when Bane of Nife will not. Keeping in mind my Shammy is only level 58 and is hunting very red mobs (in a group of course).
This was one of the most well worth it spells that have come along in a while. Stacks nicely with Band of Nife too, but be aware that if you are not with a really good tank, you will take aggro with the two of them on a mob. Together you are looking at almost 1k damage to the mob every 6 seconds.....
