I had same experience as Davaon. This dropped last night in Miragul's Adventure and we had almost the exact same average level in group. I put it on trader for 5kpp (No others available) and looked it up just now. Seems I was pretty accurate with regard to what others have posted. As far as the post of someone selling it for less, it happens all the time that someone short sells an item not knowing what the value is or should be. You can buy earrings with similiar stats all day long for 1kpp but not with an additional modifier. Very few people will have this earring. It's value is more in the range of 5kpp.
anyone tell me what mob drops this, level range of group doing dungeon and if it was a normal or hard
This dropped last night off a named in our Miragul adventure. Our average level was just under 63 (5 characters: 65, 65, 63, 63, 58), so it looks like this can drop in the lvl 60-63 normal adventures. It may drop in higher or lower levels, but I listed the exact levels, you be the final judge.

woot just got 1 today in everfrost. didnt win the roll but morf had better earings so gave it to me. U the MAN morf.
