I was killing oh-so-many goblins to repair my Di`Zok faction
and came upon 'a goblin fanatic' in the caves with 'an iksar slave.'
Having yo-yo'd my sarnak faction so much over the years, I think
this was he first time I ever say the fanatic.

Dropped the 'Tome of the Eternal' - not a reading book, it's an equipped item.

this is really really nice

for an iksar necro... 10 int? saves are useless at the level such a charicter would use this item, however the 10 int is terrific.
disease save

My disease save is aready below zero good thing you dont actualy calculate saves below zero or after that one my alternate would receive double damage from disease spells.
Closed book

To answer a question below, it's a closed book graphic.

If you want one and are too low, send a rogue down to where people are farming it, they are usually after the book of rings and won't mind in the least if you take this book, (it's lore and most likely they can't loot it)
Well worth making a level 6 rogue just to haul the junk others don't want out of droga. Although this book seems to have a very limited audience, can't really sell it. =(

Good luck to you all.

It is a great item if you happen to be a Iks Necro, well considering you are the only one who can use it. To be serious it is rare, and a great item for a IKS becouse Int is a hard item to come by. It has more int than a GBS and the minus to saves are not that important becouse necros hardly get hit, if ever.
Has anyone ID'd this book? (nt)
