The receipe is:
1 Sand Temper
1 Water Flask
1 Superb Leather Padding
1 Smithy Hammer (ret on success or fail)
1 Plate Armor Mold
X Folded Sheet of MQ Metal (1-3 depending on piece)
Trivs from 190-226 depending on piece.

trivial says 155 but i could no longer increase skill for this combine at 138
I made this last night with a 124 Brewing skill and I actually increased my skill to 125. It is therefore at least 125 before trivial.
EQTraders has no recipes using this item...and they've always been the final word (in my book, anyway) when it comes to recipes and tradeskill items.
